Lions Park

The City of College Place maintains four parks comprising about fifteen acres. A map of park locations is located here. The two most popular parks is the seven acre Kiwanis Park located on the east side of the Walla Walla University campus near 3rd and Date streets as well as the seven acre Lions Park located near the center of the city at 8th and Larch Streets. The City of College Place Public Works Department maintains the four parks. The City of College Place currently does not offer recreational programming. Our neighboring City of Walla Walla offers recreational programs

The City of College Place does not rent or take reservations for the picnic shelters, ball fields, or sport courts at any City parks. All facilities are first come, first serve. The Lions Club building at Lions Park is managed by the College Place Lions Club. Please contact them directly for questions about the Lions Club building. 

Alcohol Consumption. No person shall knowingly allow, conduct, hold, maintain, or consume alcohol in city parks or facilities, without an approved banquet and event permit from the Public Works Director.

Smoking and Tobacco Use. The use of tobacco and nicotine delivery products is prohibited in all parks.

1.  Kiwanis Park  - 3rd & Date Streets - 7 Acres

Kiwanis Park

The seven acre park is located adjacent to Davis Elementary School near the Third & Date Street intersection. It was recently renovated in 2017.

2. Lions Park - 8th & Larch Streets - 7 Acres

Lions Park

Lions Park is located near the geographic center of the community on the southeast corner of Larch & 8 Streets. Garrison Creek meanders through the park. Other landmarks in the park include a picnic shelter, the Lions Club building, and a youth fishing pond located in the southeast corner of the park facility.

3. Harvest Meadows Park - Harvest Drive & Clover Court - 0.50 Acres
Harvest Meadows Park

Harvest Meadows Park is located within the Harvest Meadows subdivision south of State Route 125. It is located on the west side of the Harvest Drive & Clover Court intersection.

4. Veterans Park - Hayden Homes Subdivision: East side of Homestead Ave, south of 4th Street - 1.67Acres

Veterans Park

Veterans Park is a 1.67 acre facility located below the bluff south of SW 4th Street between SW Homestead and Doans Avenue.
