Status: Fire Training Tower is currently under construction on land owned by City of Walla Walla off of 13th Street. 

The existing drill tower used by City of Walla Walla, City of College Place, and Walla Walla County Fire District #4 dates back to the 1970's and is no longer safe for training. The three agencies are jointly going to construct a replacement fire training tower in 2021. The cost is split into 1/3 for each agency with the City expected to make payments for the next five years. Documents and legislative pathway for this project is located below.
