Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is currently going through the process of reviewing the Comprehensive Plan for the 2018 periodic update required by Washington State Law.  Monthly workshops on the Comprehensive Plan overhaul will be conducted by the Planning Commission.  The commission meets on the third Tuesday of every month, to see what is on the upcoming agenda or to review past meetings click on the link below.   This winter, community workshops will be conducted to receive community feedback on the work the planning commission has done in addition to getting your opinions on how the College Place community should grow over the next twenty years.

The City of College Place has a seven member Planning Commission that is responsible for making recommendations to the Council regarding comprehensive planning, land use, and zoning.
