On July 14, 2020 the Mayor and City Council created a Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board. The purpose of the Diversity Advisory Board is to advise the City on diversity and equity strategies and strengthen connections among diverse groups and with City government. Here is the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board Code, CPMC 2.60.
The Board consists of seven members of the community. At least five of those members must reside within the city limits with no more than two members being "community stakeholders" who either work or reside within the City's municipal urban growth area.
This Board meets on the third Monday during the months of February, May, August and November at 4:30 PM.
