WWTP FACILITY PLAN

The City of College Place operates an activated sludge wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) that applies
effluent at agronomic rates to a 110 acre Land Treatment site during the growing season (generally April
through October) and discharges to Garrison Creek from November through March. Limitations of the
irrigation system and Land Treatment site have historically resulted in some discharges to Garrison
Creek during the months of April through October.

The current WWTP Facility Plan was last updated in 2018.
