*Probationary Officers will move to Step I after completion of Police Academy. Officers will increase to the next higher step on anniversary date. 

Effective January 1, 2024 - Pay step amounts will increase by 5%
Effective January 1, 2025 - Pay step amounts will increase by 4%

Longevity Pay
3% base pay for 10, 15, 20 & 25 year increments. 

Education Incentive
2% for AA degree
4% for BA degree
