WWU Street Vacation

The University has continued to grow over the years and has now acquired the majority of land of blocks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 14, 15 and 19.  The City wishes to divest itself of the maintenance responsibilities of certain streets and alleys within and between these blocks.  It was unclear over the years what streets and alley had been vacated so the City hired a licensed surveyor in the state of Washington to research various City and County Documents to come up with a map of the area and document what streets and alleys had been vacated over the years.
